As part of CSR activities for 2018, IGT has implemented a (2) month sewing training for women from Feb 5 to Apr 5, 2018 in Tedim/ Chin States.
Particulars of the training as follows –
1. Venue: Community Center, Tedim Town, Chin State
2. Participant: (31) women
3. Trainers: Thirimay WDC in cooperation with IPRD and TGAO of Tedim Township.
Process of this training;
1) IGT received permission from Chin States Government for this Training.
2) IGT, in cooperation with the Tedim IPRD and Tedim TGAO selected the participants.
3) Participants were selected from women who are interested to earn their livelihood from experience gained from this training.
Opening Ceremony;
– Opening ceremony was held on Feb 6, 2018
– Local authorities from Tedim and IGT attended the opening ceremony.
– The training will be concluded on Apr 5, 2018.
